Sorrell River Ranch Resort
Just 17 winding miles from the little town of Moab,
Sorrel River Ranch lies amid awe-inspiring red rock cathedrals and the
expansive skies of Southwestern Utah. The resort is situated along
lush banks of the Colorado River comprising 160 acres of tranquil
pastureland. Towering buttes, mesas and peaks surround the property
exuding a sense of peace and seclusion. This visually stunning and
dramatic setting made the spot a favored backdrop for John Wayne films
during the heyday of the great American Western. Today visitors arrive
spontaneously, struck by the view from the internationally acclaimed
scenic byway. Haining Refrigeration installed a complete HVAC,
heating/cooling & domestic water system using a geothermal closed
system in their north bunk house. In the main lodge we installed a
complete heating/cooling geothermal closed system.
